About The Role
As part of our multidisciplinary team, you'll work closely with children and their families to promote development, participation, and independence across home, school, childcare, and community settings.
You'll provide strengths-based interventions, coach parents and caregivers, and collaborate with allied health professionals to help children achieve meaningful developmental outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver early childhood intervention services for children aged 0-9 years.
- Support children with developmental delays, autism, intellectual disability, and other developmental needs.
- Develop and implement individualised intervention plans.
- Coach parents and caregivers using a family-centred, capacity-building approach.
- Work collaboratively with Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, and other allied health professionals.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and NDIS-compliant records.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, supervision, and professional development.
About You
We're Looking For Someone Who Is
- A new grad or soon-to-be graduate
- Passionate about paediatrics and early childhood development.
- Committed to family-centred and evidence-based practice.
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Developmental Education, Disability Studies, Early Childhood Intervention, Special Education, or a related discipline.
- Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Current driver's licence.
- Access to a reliable vehicle.
